Sir,
ER may be around 8% and AR may be between 15% to 20%. Please purchase only a limited number of shares I.e., say 50 to 100. Thank you. All the best.

Sir,
The size of the buyback is only 1.13% of the total paid up shares. Acceptance Rate is likely to be around 20%. I am yet to study the details. By Sunday evening, I may be able to post my views. Thank you for your kind consideration. All the best.

Though I am not an expert, to honour your consideration, I am expressing my views. As you are mentioning that this is the first buyback, I suggest you to wait for a better buyback to begin with. As I understand, acceptance rate may be between 15% to 20% only in Retail Category and further very very low in General Category. Moreover, after the buyback, there is every possibility of so much deterioration of the price of the shares due to pressure of selling. Hence, I don’t think that this is an appropriate buyback to begin with. Thank you n all the best.
