As ICICI bank is not providing the online ASBA submission, I checked with linkintime that if the application can be submitted online from their site. The linkintime says that this facility is stopped at their site.

Let us urge/write to Sebi that they allow the Linkintime to start this facility. This is very convenient for the users to apply and the site is very useful. The users don't need to depend on banks, which sometimes arbitrarily denying the online ASBA facility and not helping the customers.

Many banks are making arbitrary decisions including ICICI and not providing this ASBA facility.
