The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Sarda energy n minerals Ltd. Company will be held on Saturday, 23 rd of April, 2022, to inter-alia consider Buy Back of the fully paid-up equity shares of the Company. Let us wait for the details of the buyback to take a final decision in this regard. Thank you.

The scrip is on all time high already. should we take a chance? I personally being new investor worry about price crashing down sometime soon. Recent price appreciation has been steep which is another worry!
