interesting, my take on the pricing is as follows:
technically speaking RIl cash price - 925 + cost interest for pp shares (on acount of interest saving or NPV or 9r 925 - which may work out to be approx 75

it will be in the range of 600 ~700. Cost of interest does not come into picture. NPV at the current low interest is miniscule for a share that moves 30 to 50 rupees either way in a trading session.

correct, but certainly this will all times trade as a decent premium to the underlying RIL stock.

two reasons for that:
1. cost of interest approx Rs75
2. generally this will become a proxy for RIL exposure, like a low priced option trading strategy so there will be high volume trades with instantaneous premium for exposure @ 25% value. This stock might see multiple days of high or low ckts, each time Reliance base share trades at approx >3% or <3% each ocassion, so be prepared for a great trading opportunity in cash segment.

One can dabble in RIL share in derivative segment buying or selling options at one tenth of expected price of part paid share say at 700. If Nifty were to correct again as it did in March 2020 in case another bout of epidemic or economic realities , RIL can retest its 865 low in which case paid share will be around 10 to 25 rupees ! RIL is propped up with continuous feeding of good news for the rights issue. Let us now presume...in current uncertain times...

yes as I said the volatility of this Ril-pp share will be higher then that of RIL fully paid share.

If you recall Tatasteel also had issued 25% pp shares in 2018 right issue and there was Huge volumes on tatasteel-pp share and it experienced multiple 10% ckts whenever tatasteel moved more than 3-4 % in a day.

as far the price going down to March2020 levels, that looks unlikely to repeat as multiple developments have happened in last 2 months on this stock, but i would be surprised if it hits a lot of say 1300-1350 with a broad market fall!

Today we has a discusiosn on CNBC awaz at 3 pm on the pricing of the shares, looks iike
1540-943 = approx 600+ int approx 45 + premium = 650 to 675 for RIL 1540 i.e 11 jun closing price basis.
