can you please share the strategy for the unaccepted shares as Acceptance Ratio will be less.
In how many days can we expect TCS share price near about Rs.4000.

it all depends on market movement also....but i think no need to worry in TCS, you may need to wait if market doesn't perform well in near future but in 1-2 months max, it should cross 4000 or may be much early also if some positive global news.
Better to hold and sell around 3900-4000 since average buy price will be around 3750-3900 for most people who bought for buyback purpose.
