It is the most 3rd rate company. They were behind me to open DEMAT account. Once opened, I sent them physical shares for DEMAT by filling a form give by their Ahmedabad, Drive In office. When I sent the DRF form with physical shares 2 months back they did not even acknowledge. After multiple phones and mails I was informed on phone that I have filled an older version of the form. After multiple follow-up they mailed me the new version. All this time my Shares were at their Malad office in Mumbai. After sending new Form duly filled and follow-up with various people by mail and phone After 2.5 months I get a cover which has the shares and forms. No covering letter why they have returned it.
Totally unprofessional. No one should invest or open DEMAT account in this company. Con artists of the first Order.
