Shares purchased on 21st should have credited on 22nd July 20. Broker delayed it. So you did not get the rights. Shares were in broker's account on record date of 23rd July 20. Broker will be eligible for rights and will get rights entitlement to apply. Since you paid 233.70 cum right price and broker did not deliver shares on time, you can request the broker apply for your rights taking payment from you and transfer shares after allotment to you. This is the legal procedure. If not broker has to pay you difference between cum rights and ex rights price amount back. But, many brokers don't respond. This is the reason one avoid dealing with cheap brokers who many times don't follow the rules.

Alternatively please ask your broker to transfer your right entitlements from his account to your account by off line transfer and then you apply before 11th August 20

The same problem I am encountering with 5Paisa .I bought 500 shares on 21st and I need not get RE .They have been dodging the my question for 10 days now.
