I have appliedfor Mrs. Bectors ipo through bhim app but failed, still amount of 14400 is lien in sbi account,listing date is over but yet amount not unblocked, i visited home branch, they said its not in their hand, plz help me out to getthe amount unblocked.

I visiter home branch they are telling to contact broker, i contacted sbi customer support theytold visit home branch, so a kind of blame game, should i approach sbi ombudsman
