You should add CML requirement in above text. thats the main part.

I have been trying to close sharekhan account for last one month. I visited the branch and submitted the closure form with paytm money CML (stocks will transfer to). After two weeks got a reply that they need signed and stamped physical copy of CML from paytm money.
We all know how good paytm money customer care is. Now I have been waiting to receive signed CML from paytm money. Request raised on 29th Dec.

My experience with Zerodha has been much better. Although I never closed an account with them or needed to transfer to any other account.
