It is just a piece of shit. worst customer service Especially ERODE branch.They think that they are government employee no need to respond to any customer request.There are some HIDDEN CHARGES TOO. beware from this kind of ----

Very much true, no response from local representatives about any query, lot of hidden charges and never clarify why those charges, patheitic.. Just stay away guys..

Alice blue is a fraud company. They called me for opening a demat account free of cost, and insist me to add funds, to my surprise they give tips for trade and convenience you to trade. But once you trade as per their options, you will end up losing, instead of putting a stop lose, they insist you to make avg, claiming to be market will boost. But again you end up losing your hard earned money. To your surprise when they open account they said there are no hidden charges only Rs. 15 per trade no matter how much will be the qty.
By default they do not send statement, on request only you get it.
But when you receive the statement you find out hidden brokerage charges, which end up vanishing all your amount.
When you enquire they fooled you of some clauses which the customer do not even read, neither they inform to them.

This is a big scam going on.
Do not open your account with alice blue or trade with them.
Else you will end up losing your hard earned money.
