Seamless account opening process. No Account opening charges. account opened within 2 days after they receive my documents. i really like their customer support service, i talked with customer rep within 20 seconds. no such good experience with other brokers when i needed to talk with customer rep. Customer support very quick while opening account you just need to click "help" button on top right side. they will call back you within 5 seconds when you click help button. I only found 1 negative thing that is Trading Platform. Web and Mobile trading platform is little dull and simple. not much attractiveness compared to Upstox and Angel Broking. User interface is simple and doesn''t offer much features compare to other brokers.
