Mr. Prikshit Raj Mehra, presently residing at D-280, Defence Colony, New Delhi – 110024, (Folio No- V0007262- joint holder with Smt. Vidya Mehra), wants to apply for Rights Issue of your Company. We would like to inform you that Lt. Smt. Vidya Mehra expired on 15th January, 2009 at New Delhi and transmission has not been applied so far for the existing shares under the said Folio Number.

Based on the above details, could you please advise how to apply for rights issue by the surviving shareholders.
