AGS has clearly stated that the objective of this issue is to clear debts so the bottom lines can improve. What is so wrong about clearing debts? They are doing this to grow and maintain their position as market leader and also expand more within Indian markets and globally. And when they debts start clearing out, all the numbers will improve and this will create good value for shareholders in the long run.
