Worst experince with Wisdom Capital XTS platform after discontinuation of NEST.

Initially opened account with them, just because they are providing NEST platform, but recently they have discontinued NEST and started providing only, since then i totally got wexed up with their platform, as XTS is one of the worst platform i have ever seen, placing of order is tooo late in XTS platform and if we placing order it will get execute after around 2 seconds, which is not at all good for a platform like this.

Even always we will face some or other kind of issues with this XTS, among them the main problem is prices will not update instantly, it will take around 3 to 4 seconds to update price each time. When ever we call IT department we get one and only response that, except you no one is facing problem, it is the problem with your internet, but the fact is that apart from wisdom every other broker platform will work normally, without any issue. but still as per them problem is only with my connectivity but not from their end. and coming to the web platform the moment we open it, we just get a pop up your interent connection is slow, irrespective of the High speed net you use.

Hence, i now totally regret to have an account with this, just after
