CAN I OPEN JOINT DEMAT ACCOUNT WITH GROWW

I have one joint account with my wife under "Either or Survivor".The same account is linked to my Demat account with Stock Holding Corporation and Iam using UPI ID linked to this account for applying IPOs in my name.

Can my Wife open One Demat Account with other Broker like Groww linking the same account? &
2.Can my wife use the same "UPI ID" which is being used by me for applying IPOs in my name
for applying IPOs in her name being a joint holder?
