You can put only one application from the same Bank Account. Say for eg,

You applied for Mahanagar Gas IPO for 3 lots and have submitted my application. Later, You wanted to apply for more lots.
if you try to apply again, the system will throw a message saying that you already have applied. Now, you are left with two options:

First option is, Leave the application as it is and don''t apply for additional lots.
Second option is to cancel the existing one with three lots and apply again with additional lots( previous 3+ new ones, say 3+2 5 lots).
