GOOD MORNING SIR
UNFORTUNATELY BY MISTAKE I HAD GOT TWO PAN CARDS ... OF WHICH ONE CARD WAS LINKED WITH MY SALARY ACCOUNT & AADHAR CARD AND ANOTHER CARD WITH NPS SCHEME ..
SO PLEASE GUIDE ME SIR WHAT TO DO
CAN WE CHANGE PAN CARD DETAILS LINKED WITH NPS SCHEME
I AM GOING TO SURENDER MY ADITIONAL PAN CARD

Respected Sir /madam
This is to keep you informed that due to my wife office changing, i missed placed my pan card while shifting my house from Hyderabad to bangalore and i applied for a new one giving the xerox copies of the first pan card bearing number BIGPM5935D and the second pan card had a different number and i am a working for school teacher ,And i have surrenderd it to the pan office 1 month a go at Koramangala income tax office,kindly requesting you to look at this at the earliest .
