You need a demat account first and then you can apply through online banking in ASBA or can apply through any KLM AXIVA office nearby your area. If you don't have a demat account not possible to apply!
I believe in Online, limited investment options are available...Long term cumulative or Doubling option is not available. Hence you can download a form, fillup, scan and share it as their offices are in South India only.
Mr.Rony, is there any option to invest via online in the long term as may be I am not aware and also this NCD not visible in all the banks via online...

In IDBI bank also, this option of Debt IPO is not available.

@KB Yes...you are right...just now i checked this is Axis Bank and showing the same as you said...Maybe all banks are not supporting this as you said...But i can confirm SBI is always supporting any issues which are coming up and i am continuously using SBI Internet Banking for the last 12-13 years.
What is the process ?
