About 25 clients have joined based on my recommendation, since 2010.

Last few months, online trading platform has some issues, Trading in BSE, No update in 52 high low details in "sharemini" which is excellent for desktop as well as mobile trading. On 25th Feb, BSE trading restored only around 12 noon., and on 28-02-2022, Portfolio was not updated.

One big issue now is their HO customer care number is TOTAL WASTE, perhaps last two years I couldnt speak with a single person, (I doubt this service may have withdrawn, taking advantage of COVID norms). Though you will get IVR reply, "Your queue position is 1", you will not be connected to them, in 15 minutes, the same will get disconnected. This I have written several times, but not responded properly.

I need to open an account for my younger daughter now, who attained major recently, but decided not in Sharekhan, hence visited this site.

Sharekhan doesnt have customer care support. I have dialed many times but no one answers even after waiting for 20mins. If you need customer support then you have to contact your respective branch or Relationship manager.
