Two application of two lakh deposited on 18/01/2017 and received the stamped counter slip

Cheques still not debited

emailed to customer_care@reliancemutual.com and they reply that unable to track the transaction.
Registrar mail ID is not available in brochure.
Any help welcome in this reference.
