They are not helping us in closing account rather than asking us to raise a ticket.
why not they give closure form by mail and close account once client submit it .

rather than doing smooth work they keep asking new questions by email , and request us to raise ticket for every issues.

Very Bad experience with Upstox , don`t know why TATA support it
