UPSTOX HAS ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE INDUSTRY . THE REPRESENTATIVES HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT THE ISSUE . THE STANDARD RESPONSE IS THAT PLEASE WAIT FOR 24 - 48 HOURS WHICH IS RIDICULOUS . THEY WONT TRANSFER TO SUPERVISOR , AND WILL DISCONNECT THE CALL IF YOU INSIST FOR A SOLUTION . I AM FORCED TO POST MY COMPLAIN IN THIS FORUM AS THERE IS NO OWNERSHIP OF ISSUE . ALL THE CUSTOMER CAN HEAR IS A LIST OF THINGS THAT THEY CANNOT DO . I WILL BE MOVING MY ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER BROKER AS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY POOR
