I had opened zeroda sometime last week of November 2022 and tried to concert same in 3 in ac with idfc bank. For this I downloads require forms form portal duly signed and send at Bangalore office. Forms rejected on basis of they are revised and I have to download and send sign new forms with help of support team from Thane branch I recive link on which no change in poa form, so I refused to send same form again. They send me online ac conversation link which rejected by zeroda. From that I am reputedly contact with thane officer, mails, customer care but nothing happens. So I think they do not required customer now. Today I closed my account zeroda must refund my account openings charges and compensation for this behavior.

I guess you have to file a lawsuit against them, because that was exactly what I did when this same problem occured to me few month back. I will direct you on how to file a lawsuit against them , and you will get you fees back with a compensation attached.
