Zerodha review is worst. They are now cheating and looting in the name of margin shortfall penalty without any report of NSE short fall. Debitting any kind of amount on daily basis and in last 10 days debited approx. Rs. 1 lac in my a/c.I have made lot of complaints to them a copy to SEBI, NSE, BSE but till now nothing happened. Zeroda provides free Demat a/c and zero cost Brokerage for some time and after that they start cheating like this. If charges are genuine they must justify with documentary froof but they don't have any record and debiting any amount as per their wish. I have bitter experience and closing my all family members a/c.I also suggest all to avoid this zerodha and save your hard earned money. Our regulatory authority Sebi, NSE, NSE should have close monitoring and watch on these broking companies else they will eat our money. Sorry Zerodha .

I had same issues with them and I made every possible complain to their customer help desk, both on email and direct phone calls, but nothing they could do to help me.
I was advised to file a lawsuit against them with proof of all the charges that was deducted from my account without my knowledge. I did exactly that and it was surprising how fast it work out and all my money was refunded back to my account and I got a compensated as well.
