If the parent has only 1 bank account which is already linked to his demat account, then is it possible that parent (guardian) can link that bank account to Minor's demat account as well?

Yes, as long as you add the minor to the bank account. Adding minors to your existing bank account is easy. Visit your bank branch for this.
