I am maintaining demat account in Dhani for 12 years.

Whenever I have bought a share in delivery In the trading app, both my share buy and sell are done properly.

But whenever I trade in futures and options If I buy Bank Nifty then it becomes Buy When I go to put a stop loss, the stoploss is not applied.

When I tell the details to RM, RM says why didn't you call me?

This means whenever I have to trade, I will have to sit at RM's home or office.

This has happened with me three times.

I feel that someone is operating my account from behind and I am not even aware.

But i don't have any proof so I can't take action on it.

I have lost a lot of hard earned money because of this problem.
