Trade Plus is good in offering infinite trading plans for options at very low brokerage rate.
Another Good is, No brokerage fee for equity delivery.
Only problem with trade plus is having some ineffective staffs in Customer service team.
Not all the staffs are bad..., only a few. Some staffs are Excellent in communication and attentive.
But the experience with these few bad staffs in customer support team damages all other goodness of tradeplus services.
What is needed is, to identify and correct these few staffs by giving training on, how to handle customer calls with kindness, involvement, attentive and patience. Also they should be explained about how their ineffectiveness in handling customer calls and queries are spoiling the reputation of tradeplus and the goodwill of customers.
If this one aspect is corrected, then Tradeplus is number 1 brokerage company in India.
This feedback is given with the expectation that, the indicated weak points will be taken in right sense and suitable steps are also taken.
