TradePlus gives fantastic customer service, all are good except they charge you for any need for trading software which is understood and is accepted, you can use NSE software for this which is ok except for some minor logging issues. Great brokerage concern. My appreciation to Mr. Sreenivasan who is doing a great work, mind he will always be in touch with you till any query you raised has been solved. My opinions based on my experiences. Excellent.
