Extremely disappointed with their customer support, I'm paying higher than usual brokerage with an expectation of better service, they take 5 days to transfer money back into account, do u use my money for five days post j request withdraw? Their mobile app is not good either, and research?????? Less I say the better, their calls even in this bullish market has been extremely pathetic, I have account with ICICI direct and I humbly suggest everyone to chose broker wisely, don't fall for discount broking and nor for such companies like Aditya birla..
