I'm surprised how theyre still surviving, anything and everything about this company is appalling, its one thing to pay higher brokerage nut the experience inturn is worst, their product is poosibly the dumest in industry, research offering are HORSE* HIT, customer support is good but then thats possible because they have no customers, THIS COMPANY NEEDS AN OVERHAUL, GET BETTER ANALYSTS, PRODUCT GUYS IF YOU WANNA SURVIVE OR BE READY TO BE IDEA 2.0
