WORST WORST WORST customer service. after facing many problems with this stupid broker, i decided to move my stocks from upstox to zerodha. the procedure is such a pain in ass that you will get mad. first of all you have to request delivery instruction slips for which you have to send letter by speed post and later on you have to send the papers again by post for transfer of shares. i sent the application three times and these stupid people always rejected my application. there is one stupid person by the name of Mr SAI. he is such a third class person who doesn't know how to speak. no doubt zerodha is far far better than this crap. i will never ever suggest anyone to open account here to anyone. if you want to lose your hard earned money than go for it.
