I am customer of Upstock. they thave inactive my account without any intimation. Reason given is not use. How can Upstock suspend the account without any proper intimation to customer.when i applied for ipo they allow me to apply from there platform i also add fund to trading account. still they dont't tell me that my account is inactive I have holdings in my demat account which i want to sell but unable to sell due to inactive. if the person is in middle of trade having holdings and unable to sell who will bear the loss and waste of time.
Now as per executive they will resolve it after 3-4 working days. very bad customer service. don't open account with them .
