Iam customer of Upstock. Using their app from last few month. All of a sudden they have suspended my account without any intimation. Reason given is KYC. How can Upstock suspend the account without any proper intimation to customer. I have holdings in my demat account which i want to sell but unable to sell due to kyc process. They should check all documents during account opening if the person is in middle of trade having holdings and unable to sell who will bear the loss and waste of time.
Also wanted to know whether I can file a complaint in NSR against them.
