Iam customer of Upstock. Using their app from last 3/4month. All of a sudden they have suspended my account without any intimation. Reason given is KYC. How can Upstock suspend the account without any proper intimation to customer. Now as per executive they will resolve it after 7/8 working days. Have asked they customer executive “who will bear the loss for this many Days”.
Also wanted to know whether I can file a complaint in NSR against them.

same issue is with me with my upstox account is also suspended for no reason and i am unable to sell my holdings in demat account now. who will bear the loss. They should check all the kyc details and documents during account opening.
If person have already taken trade and there are holding in demat account which is in case of me. who will bear the loss.
