Having very bad experience with Angel Broking with their margin calculation and customer service. The end of the day margin statement doesn't match with the what is showing up in the app or website before the market opens (difference is huge). Numerous emails and calls have not resolved the problem. To reach to customer care one has to wait in the queue for more than 20 minutes and then either call gets disconnected or the agent hangs up. There is no one interface to customer care and they expect customers to call different numbers for commodities, equity and future and these numbers are not listed in their website.
There is no way to escalate the issue. Pathetic customer support.
