suddenly annual charges for demat account deducted from my saving account,i never activated axis direct,plz suggest me how to get refund for this?

Follow the process of filling the a/c closure form with self attested copy of PAN and send it to Address on the form, 2 weeks a/c shall be closed provided there is no balance due or any shares are lying there.
