Srei Equipment Finance Ltd is coming up with Public Issue of Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (Secured NCDs) of the face value of ₹1000 each, for an amount of ₹100.00 Crores ('Base Issue Size') with an option to retain oversubscription up to ₹500.00 Crores.

The issue opens on Aug 19, 2019 and closes for subscription on Sep 18, 2019. The shares of the company to be list at BSE.
