NCD News of Sammaan Capital NCD Tranche I September 2024

Sammaan Capital Limited is coming up with Public Issue of Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (Secured NCDs) of the face value of ₹ 1000 each, for an amount of ₹125 Crores ('Base Issue Size') " with an option to retain oversubscription up to ₹2,000 Crores.

Established in 2005, Sammaan Capital Limited, formerly known as Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited, provides mortgage finance services. It is a non-deposit-taking housing finance company ("HFC") registered with the NHB.

Allotment of the NCD's will be done on First Come First Serve Basis.
