VRL Logistics Ltd is entering in the capital markets with an initial public offering, IPO consisting of 23,116,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10. The price band for the issue has been fixed at Rs 195/- at lower level and Rs 205/- at upper level. The minimum bid lot is 65 equity shares and in multiples of 65 equity shares thereafter.
VRL Logistics Ltd (VRL) is one of the leading pan-India surface logistics and parcel delivery service provider. It owns and operates the largest fleet of commercial vehicles in the private sector in India. VRL provides general parcel and priority parcel delivery (less than truckload services, 'LTL'), courier and full-truckload ('FTL') services through its widespread transportation network in 28 States and four Union Territories across India.
The issue opens on Apr 15, 2015 and closes for subscription on Apr 17, 2015. The equity shares of the issue are proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).
The VRL Logistics IPO is proposed to open on April 15, 2015. The IPO application ends on April 17, 2015.
Retail investors can apply in the retail or non-institutional investor category from April 15, 2015 to April 17, 2015. The VRL Logistics IPO can be applied online through Net Bank (ASBA method) or the stock broker (UPI method).
