Incorporated in 1993, Nu Tek India Limited is Telecom infrastructure service provider offering Infrastructure rollout solutions for both mobile and fixed telecommunication networks. Nu Tek offer services to Telecommunication Equipment Manufacturers, Telecom operators as well as third party infrastructure leasing companies in installing and maintaining Telecom Network Equipment & Infrastructure.
Nu Tek India Limited is entering in the capital markets with an initial public offering, IPO of 4,500,000 Equity Shares for cash, at a premium to be decided through a 100% Book Built Issue.
The price band for the issue has been fixed at Rs. 170/- at lower level and Rs. 192/- at upper level for equity share of Rs. 10/-. The issue opens on July 29, 2008, and closes for subscription on August 01, 2008.
