MEP Infrastructure Developers Ltd is entering in the capital markets with an initial public offering, IPO aggregating Rs. 324.00 Crore. The price band for the issue has been fixed at Rs 63/- at lower level and Rs 65/- at upper level. The minimum bid lot is 225 equity shares and in multiples of 225 equity shares thereafter.
MEP Infrastructure Developers Ltd is engaged in tolling operations of the road infrastructure sector, with a pan-India presence. MEP Infra is in the business of pure toll collection projects as well as OMT projects, which involve maintenance obligations in addition to toll collection on operational roads (including highways) constructed by third parties. They are currently operating 23 toll collection projects with an aggregate of 40 toll plazas, five OMT projects covering 2,530.04 lane kilometres with an aggregate of 15 toll plazas and one BOT project covering 42.02 lane kilometres with five toll plazas.
The issue opens on Apr 21, 2015 and closes for subscription on Apr 23, 2015. The equity shares of the issue are proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).
The MEP Infrastructure IPO is proposed to open on April 21, 2015. The IPO application ends on April 23, 2015.
