Inox Wind Ltd is entering in the capital markets with an initial public offering, IPO consisting of a Fresh Issue of Equity Shares aggregating up to Rs. 700 Crore ('Fresh Issue') and an Offer for Sale of 10,000,000 Equity Shares by Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited. The price band for the issue has been fixed at Rs 315/- at lower level and Rs 325/- at upper level. The minimum bid lot is 45 equity shares and in multiples of 45 equity shares thereafter.
Inox Wind Limited is leading wind power solutions provider in India. Inox manufactures wind turbine generators. Company also offer services including wind resource assessment, site acquisition, infrastructure development, erection and commissioning, and also long term operations and maintenance of wind power projects.
