Incorporated in 1995, Archidply Industries Limited engaged in the business of plywood manufacturing for more than 30 years under the brand ‘Archidply'. Archidply Industries Limited is the flagship company of the Archidply group.
Archidply Industries Limited is entering in the capital markets with an initial public offering, IPO of 66,15,720 Equity Shares for cash, at a premium to be decided through a 100% Book Built Issue.
The price band for the issue has been fixed at Rs. 70/- at lower level and Rs. 80/- at upper level for equity share of Rs. 10/-. The issue opens on June 11, 2008, and closes for subscription on June 17, 2008.
