Amsons Apparels Ltd is currently engaged in the business of trading of fabrics. They are a multi-product fabric trading Company and their range includes fabrics for Silk, Polyester, Lace Fabrics, Netting Fabrics, Coarse Cotton Fabric, suiting, shirting, linen, jute and other fabrics. They primarily cater to retailers in Delhi and NCR Regions, wherein they supply mid range of unstitched fabrics.
The issue opens on Dec 16, 2014 and closes for subscription on Dec 22, 2014. The equity shares of the issue are proposed to be listed on the SME Platform of BSE.
