Thumb rule for PSU, if it's after 2004 company... apply. If a government employee is recruited before 2004 he is eligible for a pension (which is more than half of his last salary). This makes a huge difference on the company financials.

Disagree with the thumb rule. There is no pension in psu. Just in central and state governments and in banks and insurance for 2009. Also psu formed in last 2 decades are still not financially stable. Comparatively all big psu were ones which have completed decades and have substantial assets

Call the registrar and ask the reason of no records with your application no. If not satisfied than complain to sebi. If it is your banks fault than you will be compensate adequately

Search with PAN number or select application type as non-asba and provide your application number and check.

For me also, its shows record not found for application number, but with PAN it shows correctly
