First sorry, this question is not related to this issue, Can you please guide me on this,

My daughter having her own MINOR PAN and having her own Young Star (minor) bank account with ICICI Bank. When i checked with Zerodha, they saying they can't open an account for a minor. Same time i checked with ICICI Direct, they ready to open the account with her MINOR PAN along with my PAN as legal guardian.

Now i have 2 questions,

1. If i am a legal guardian, which PAN will be taken to consider when I apply IPO (I would like to apply 2 applications using her account as well as my account)
2. Why Zerodha not agree to create, but ICICI Direct?

I think Zerodha dont offer minor and HUF demat accounts.

You can open minor account with ICICI/AXIS/YES/HDFC/KOTAK, you have to apply to IPO using minor PAN card only which will be linked with Demat Account.

About your own application you can apply from any bank account which is on your name not on your minor name. Also you should have your own demat account.

As per new rule one application per one bank account is valid so try to apply IPO with different accounts.
