There is no record date in your posting. And i read page 6 but there is difference in your posting and drhp 6 page.

ICICI securities opened on 22nd March.
For ICICI bank shareholder they fixed record date on 13th march.

@Rajakumar Read my message 11.5 it is clearly mentioned "... Hdfc shareholders .... as on date of this Draft Red Herring Prospectus i.e. March 14, 2018. This is there in table on Page no 6 - "Eligible HDFC Shareholders".
Even for Hdfc Life they had similar criteria i.e. shareholders on date of filing of DRHP were eligible.

Is there more chances of allotment under existing shareholder's category? Or shall one apply under RII category.

Most probably both categories may get oversubscribed. Apply 1 lot in both categories to increase probability of allotment.

@Johny I have slight confusion regarding applying in both category with single PAN. Won't my both applications be rejected if I apply in both category? I have no idea about this, that's why I request you clarify this please.

You can apply retail quota as well as shareholder quota. But both category together does not exceed Rs. 2 lakh. Both bid is valid.
