considering the pedigree of this stock and the ability of the co to add to the bottom line without adding to assets is a great feature.

value investors should add at lower levels.

My apologies for off-topic question.
i'm holding Lanco Infratech shares (3000) since three months. I had tried to sell but no buyers are available. Because of the recent court orders i am getting scared, do they offer any 'takeover' or 'buyback' for the sake of shareholders. Could you suggest me what will happen in future, and how many days it will take?

Why did you enter in a company which is already in NCLT?

If you entered for speculation then your investment should not be more than 3K. So do not worry for yr 3k investing. Either it would be zero or if someone come to rescue lanco then you may get your investment back.

Lanco Case is in NCLT. There is huge speculation in nclt cases stock like amtek auto bhusan steel ruchi soya monnet ispat jp etc. Better avoid. Till date whatever cases were settled in nclt were settled with a hair cut of 30 to 60 percent. Even in amtek auto co. Acquirer liberty house Is giving only 2.5 cr rupees to other shareholders.one steel co. Non promoter share capital reduce to 1/3.hence better dont play with fire. Till date 2 list of NCLT is out. Third list will be out with in few days which will likely to have power and infra companies.

Hold for long term and it will be a multibagger.

From Monday it will be flat, may come down from Wednesday.
But their is no chance to go below 1600 level.

HOLDING 6 application from the time of IPO.
Sold 2 application on listing day @1810 & 1817.
A portfolio stock for long term & chances of dividend announcement in next Quaterly Result.

Dear Andy,
Insurance companies not performing well on the stock market except hdfc life. So subscription will not be as great as hdfc amc. You can get lot of shares in retail quota itself. Moreover shareholder quota record date may be fix on RHP filing DATE.

What is expected result of HDFC AMC?
