It seems the balance sheet is well cooked. Very high priced @ high P/E multiple.
I would rather avoid applying this IPO and wait for good one.

whenever A new IPO issue is about to open, some people create a new account and say its the best IPO...I will apply 100 lots. You check their history and messages are posted for that IPO only. Check their account history to ensure comments from legitimate users :) :) :)

Mr. Jhunjhunwala and The Real Bihari... The forum is eagerly awaiting your analysis on the financials of this company. U guys seem so well educated and know a lot about the company by which we are really impressed. I'm interested in subscribing 20 lots. Kindly enlighten us the poor boarders.

9(x) increase in PAT(just before ipo), with revenue not even doubled, that too in just 9 months.......... Look at the guts on merchant bankers (this is really the height of financial dressing).

Vow what a discussion going between "jhunjhunwala" and " The Real Bihari".
It seems both of them think that all other members of this forum are foolish.
Just look at the valuation of the company and i guess, instead of paying Rs 140 per share, even Rs 14 price, make it an expensive bet.
Beware investors ! Beware !! Earning money is very hard and do not give them to companies which are asking Rs 40 crore plus from IPO to whom banks won't fund in any case. Good Luck.

Next year India will have THE MOTHER OF ALL ELECTIONS
and that's where this company will be minting money as their product will be high in demand all across India.
So its a win win situation for all the investors !!!

Before that u have elections in MP Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan. Their products will sell like hot potatoes.
And we shall also understand that lot of discos and pubs are coming. Their products are also suitable for these places.
