Just avoid all SME IPOs. All Good SME IPOs with Good Fundamentals recently listings were performing not so expected. For Example Tasty Dairy, Hincon etc , they r failed to sustain in upper circuit even on listing day even though they were oversubscribed some 100 times because of their good Fundamentals , reasonable offer price

Post issue capital will be around 1.37 crore shares and weighted average EPS for 3 years is recalculated considering the same which comes out around 1.33.
The company''s asking price is Rs 55 which is 41 times of EPS and Industry P/E ratio is around 35. Therefore overpriced.
Also NAV as on 31st Dec, 2017 is Rs 20.78 and company is asking more than 2.5 times of its book value which is high considering the market sentiments.
But due to implementation of GST (Savings in cost) and coming boom is steel sector, potential of this company is high. Hence, interesting IPO.

Good IPO, but timing is bad as market is on verge of major correction.
